• Provide IT back-up support onsite when necessary to all store users, troubleshooting queries and providing in-house resolution of issues where possible • Ensure sales data upload, customer interface and document posting is done on a timely basis • Facilitate smooth flow and accuracy of inventory and sales operations in the system • Manage the printing & distribution of daily price change reports, labels and barcodes to store team • Generate various MIS reports including sales, GR, price changes etc • Resolve queries from end users (warehouse and regional office) and point of sales • Prepare and deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports to be reviewed by the IT Manager • Set up and upload promotion offers at store level ensuring the information is updated in a timely manner • Adhere strictly to Group IT policies and procedures and provide inputs where relevant • Make recommendations for enhancement in the existing applications • Check the daily price amendment at the point of sales • Monitors and keeps track of the Portable Data Terminals (PDTs) • Manage the daily weighing scale PLU programming Provide training to end users on various applications
