🧰 Job Profile – Rigger (Oil & Gas Projects)

🔹 Role Summary / ملخص الدور
The Rigger is responsible for safely preparing, assembling, and executing lifting and rigging operations at oil & gas project sites, ensuring compliance with OPAL standards and HSE regulations.
المسؤول عن تجهيز وتنفيذ عمليات الرفع والربط في مواقع مشاريع النفط والغاز، مع الالتزام بمعايير أوپال وأنظمة الصحة والسلامة.
🔹 Key Responsibilities / المسؤوليات الرئيسية
Perform rigging and lifting operations safely and efficiently.
Conduct inspection and maintenance of rigging equipment.
Coordinate with crane operators and supervisors during lifting tasks.
Follow permit-to-work systems and lifting plans.
Report unsafe conditions or incidents promptly.
تنفيذ عمليات الرفع والربط بأمان وكفاءة.
فحص وصيانة معدات الرفع والربط.
التنسيق مع مشغلي الرافعات والمشرفين أثناء عمليات الرفع.
الالتزام بنظام تصاريح العمل وخطط الرفع.
الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي ظروف غير آمنة أو حوادث.
🔹 Qualifications & Certifications / المؤهلات والشهادات
Minimum 12th Standard / Foundation Course education.
OPAL-approved trainings: HSE, H2S Awareness, RTITB Rigger & Banksman.
Basic First Aid and Fire Safety awareness preferred.
شهادة الثانوية العامة أو دورة تأسيسية.
تدريبات معتمدة من أوپال: الصحة والسلامة، الوعي بغاز H2S، شهادة RTITB للرَافِع والمُوجِّه.
يفضل معرفة أساسية بالإسعافات الأولية والسلامة من الحرائق.
🔹 Skills & Competencies / المهارات والكفاءات
Strong understanding of rigging principles.
Ability to read and follow lifting plans.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and safety-conscious.
فهم قوي لمبادئ الرفع والربط.
القدرة على قراءة وتنفيذ خطط الرفع.
مهارات جيدة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
لياقة بدنية عالية ووعي بالسلامة.
🔹 Experience / الخبرة
3–8 years of rigging experience in oil & gas or construction projects.
Proven record of safe and efficient lifting operations.
خبرة من سنتين إلى خمس سنوات في عمليات الرفع بمشاريع النفط والغاز أو البناء.
سجل مثبت في تنفيذ عمليات الرفع بأمان وكفاءة.
