:JOB PURPOSE
To conduct implementing Telecommunication and fire alarm system and CCTV security with excellent practical knowledge in fibre optic cable system including cable laying and splicing. Technical skills in networking and troubleshooting in fire alarm system and CCTV system will also reflect on HSSE performance related activities
:KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
CCTV systems: New installations, AMC, Repair, Spar parts, Asset Control. Interface with Telecom network service providers for upkeep of wide area network connections for CCTV system and fire alarm system *
Fire alarm system: New installations, AMC, Repair, Spar parts, Asset Control. Plan, structure and develop/enhance the infrastructure of Fire alarm system in order to achieve the overall objectives standard *
Assist Senior Officer (Technical Support) to control CCTV system indoor and outdoor (maintenance). Plan, structure and develop/enhance the infrastructure of CCTV system in order to achieve the overall objectives standard *
Assist Senior Officer (Technical Support) to work on various Tenders, Bid evaluation & consultancy Projects as well as project management including project engineering, project planning / scheduling, progress monitoring, budgeting, cost estimating / cost control *
Assist Senior Officer (Technical Support) to complete the services requirement of the new AMC. Follow to the equipment manufactures recommendations and verify operation of the fire alarm system CCTV system *
Interface with and manage contractors for technical delivery of projects *
Monitor progress of various contractors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of projects and services to meet ADC overall schedule requirements *
Identify and plan future maintenance for related activities *
Check the design to ensure the sufficiency and satisfaction *
Managing related technical, legal and commercial matters with the project interface parties including these providing services to the Project *
Plan, structure and develop/enhance the infrastructure of (CCTV/Fire alarm system/flap gate) Security in order to achieve the overall objectives standard *
Monitor contractor’s site safety, quality of work *
Tracking reviewing and reporting on issues that waves the project *
Maintaining safe work environment at all times and have a good understanding of Health and Safety Method, Risk assessments, safe working procedures etc *
Any other duties/responsibilities related to HSSE Department and/or Technical Support in relation with HSSE Department assigned by Company *

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Telecommunications and Electronics -related field or an equivalent qualification

Two years of relevant experience as Telecom Engineer/Executive

الهدف الوظيفي:
• يتولى الموظف تنفيذ أنظمة الاتصالات، الإنذار بالحريق، وكاميرات المراقبة (CCTV) مع امتلاك معرفة عملية متقدمة في الألياف الضوئية، بما في ذلك تمديد الكابلات والربط (Splicing)، وتطبيق المهارات التقنية في الشبكات واستكشاف الأعطال لضمان التشغيل الأمثل لجميع الأنظمة، مع الالتزام التام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والأمن البيئي أثناء أداء كافة الأعمال.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
• أنظمة CCTV : التركيب الجديد ، الصيانة الدورية (AMC)، الإصلاح، قطع الغيار، ومتابعة الأصول.
• التنسيق مع مزودي خدمات شبكات الاتصالات لضمان صيانة شبكات الواسعة للربط بين أنظمة CCTV وأنظمة الإنذار بالحريق.
• أنظمة الإنذار بالحريق: التركيب الجديد، الصيانة الدورية (AMC)، الإصلاح، قطع الغيار، ومتابعة الأصول.
• تخطيط وبناء وتطوير بنية أنظمة الإنذار بالحريق لتحقيق أهداف الأداء والمعايير المعتمدة.
• مساعدة الاداري الأول (الدعم الفني) في التحكم وصيانة أنظمة CCTV داخليًا وخارجيًا، وتطوير بنيتها التحتية بما يحقق أهداف الجودة.
• مساعدة الاداري الأول (الدعم الفني) في أعمال المناقصات، تقييم العروض، المشاريع الاستشارية، وإدارة المشاريع بما يشمل الهندسة، التخطيط، الجدولة، متابعة التقدم، الميزانية، وتقدير ومراقبة التكاليف.
• مساعدة الاداري الأول في تلبية متطلبات الخدمات الجديدة ضمن الصيانة الدورية (AMC)، والالتزام بتوصيات المصنع والتحقق من تشغيل أنظمة الإنذار بالحريق وCCTV.
• التنسيق مع المقاولين وإدارة تنفيذ المشاريع الفنية وضمان تسليمها في الوقت المحدد وفق معايير الشركة.
• متابعة تقدم أعمال المقاولين ومزودي الخدمات لضمان الالتزام بالجدول الزمني للمشاريع والخدمات.
• تحديد وتخطيط أعمال الصيانة المستقبلية للأنظمة ذات الصلة.
• مراجعة التصاميم لضمان كفايتها ورضا الأطراف المعنية.
• إدارة الأمور الفنية والقانونية والتجارية المتعلقة بالمشروع مع جميع الأطراف المعنية.
• تخطيط وبناء وتطوير وتحسين البنية التحتية لأنظمة CCTV، الإنذار بالحريق، والأبواب الآلية (Flap Gate) لضمان تحقيق معايير الأداء المطلوبة.
• متابعة سلامة مواقع المقاولين وجودة الأعمال المنفذة.
• تتبع المشكلات ومراجعتها والإبلاغ عنها بما يضمن سير المشروع وفق الخطة.
• الحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة والالتزام بإجراءات الصحة والسلامة، تقييم المخاطر، وطرق العمل الآمنة.
• أداء أي مهام أو مسؤوليات إضافية تتعلق بقسم الصحة والسلامة والأمن والبيئة أو الدعم الفني عند تكليفها من الشركة.

المؤهلات والخبرة والمهارات:
• درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في الاتصالات والإلكترونيات أو أي مجال ذي صلة، أو مؤهل معادل.
الخبرات المطلوبة:
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال هندسة أو تنفيذ أنظمة الاتصالات.
المعرفة والمهارات الخاصة بالوظيفة:
• معرفة المعايير الدولية لأنظمة الإنذار بالحريق وكاميرات المراقبة (CCTV).
