• Assist in Preparing, reviewing and analyzing power system study reports such as Load Flow, Short Circuit, Motor Starting, etc.
• Assist in Preparing electrical Engineering Drawings and documents such as Specifications, Layouts, Schedules, Bill of Material, etc.
• Electrical equipment sizing and calculations
• Basic and detailed Electrical design including intelligent control gears, HV switch gears, power/Distribution transformers, automatic synchronizers, AC and DC UPS, AVR, power generation and distribution, motor operated valves, cathodic protection, earthing and lighting
• Technical Bid Evaluation and various Vendor Documents review
• Assists in monitoring contractor responsibilities and competencies to match job and drive for continuous improvement in engineering performance.
• Continuous liaison with other engineering disciplines together with Project buyers, Project Engineers and Construction team.
• Assists in conceptual engineering, infrastructure planning and project engineering & integration and in accordance with agreed budget and delivery plan.
• Assists in provision of technical HSE in designs and operations, new technologies to comply with international standards
المهارات المطلوبة
• Bachelor’s in electrical engineering with expertise in design, specification, calculations, equipment sizing and general project engineering of oil and gas facilities.
• Acquaintance with power system modelling phenomena and relevant software (ETAP).
• Microsoft Office skill and expertise.
• Demonstrated good inter-personal skills to work cross-functionally and contribute to development projects as a participant.
• Knowledge of relevant International Standards and codes like IEC, NEMA, NFPA, BS, etc.
